I would love to still keep in contact Phillip. I am transferring to UTD and i’m learning php and javascript currently. I now get how to manipulate the DOM heavily with jquery and tinkering with javascript to alter their useful library. But I would like your help if that’s okay?? I am attending the Actionscript 3.0 camp sponsored by Big (D)esign next weekend. But your the best instructor and mentor that i’ve had besides Mr. Batchelder and Ms. Kibby. I most definitely owe you alot!!!

I’m kind of curious, as to how your creating your type face Mr. Likens. I would love to see a video or photo progression of the process. I am starting to really become intrigued with Typography and it’s use with web. I am thinking about following in your footsteps for Grad School with the institution that your currently enrolled in. After graduation, I’d take a small sabbatical, but ultimately would like to strengthen my programming skill set and learn more about graphic design and animation for video!!

P.S. – I am in your class right now learning JavaScript haha

Hi Philip, I’m in your Typography II class. I am working towards my MFA in Graphic Design but I plan on taking electives in ITGM to beef up my database and scripting skills. I spend most of my day developing websites but I am very passionate about design. Anyway, I would love to hear about how your ITGM classes are once you get through so I can judge whether they are worth my time (and money). Take care!

Hmmm, never thought that you could use binary and hex like that, after the previous quarter Programming Logic seemed to open up doors and now im taking classes and my studies a bit more serious. I’m still in awe in that flash player that you created and showed me with the particles!!

So then could we use that to possibly have a different color display on different pages to different users, with out having to go in and update the site? I would like to learn more about this!!
